Ron Avery – Chairman Mr. Avery serves as Chairman of The Ronco Group. He founded the company in 1980, and through his ambition, he has developed the company to more than sixteen divisions and over 400 employees, with locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia and England. Mr. Avery is very active in civic and community affairs much of which extend beyond his professional and business interests. He serves as a Board Member of the First Coast Manufacturers Association and as a member of their Government Relations Committee. Ron and his wife, Joy, have been residents of St. Augustine since 1997.

Joe Krall – President & CEO With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Joe Krall joined The Ronco Group in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, he was promoted to President/CEO. He is a University of Scranton graduate, holds a CPA and is a member of several industry groups including AICPA, FICPA and Financial Executive International. He also serves on the subcommittee of several private companies.

Neil Ross - Director of Employee Safety & Development Neil joined The Ronco Group in June 2009. Prior to Ronco, Neil has held many prominent positions in the Safety and Human Resources industries such as the Regional Safety Training Director for a nationwide electrical company, Safety/HR Officer for the City of Orlando and the Fabrication Division Safety Manager for a large aerospace manufacturing firm. Neil is a certified SafeStart trainer, an OSHA 500 Outreach Instructor, an OSHA 501 Outreach Instructor, an ASHI Training Center Director, and a LEED AP among others. Neil currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida, with his wife Sharon and their family.
