Ron Avery – Chairman Mr. Avery serves as Chairman of The Ronco Group. He founded the company in 1980, and through his ambition, he has developed the company to more than sixteen divisions and over 400 employees, with locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia and England. Mr. Avery is very active in civic and community affairs much of which extend beyond his professional and business interests. He serves as a Board Member of the First Coast Manufacturers Association and as a member of their Government Relations Committee. Ron and his wife, Joy, have been residents of St. Augustine since 1997.
Joe Krall – President & CEO With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Joe Krall joined The Ronco Group
in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, he was promoted to President/CEO. He is a University of Scranton graduate, holds a CPA and is a member of several industry groups including AICPA, FICPA and Financial Executive International. He also serves on the subcommittee of several private companies.
Rick Ingram – CFO Rick Ingram joined the company in July 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer of The Ronco Group. Rick has worked over seventeen years as a CFO in the construction industry for both private and publically held
companies. He is a CPA and graduated with an accounting degree from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. Upon graduating from college, Rick spent his first seven years in public accounting. He started out with the Big Four CPA firm Deloitte & Touche and then joined the fifth largest CPA firm in the country, RSM McGladrey where he was
promoted to Manager.
