MEET THE TEAM
Ron Avery serves as Chairman of The Ronco Group. He founded the company in 1980 as a machine shop with three employees. Through his ambition, he has developed the company to more than fifteen divisions and over 400 employees, with locations in Florida, Pennsylvania and England.
With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Joe Krall joined The Ronco Group in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, he was promoted to President/CEO. He is a University of Scranton graduate, holds a CPA and is a member of several industry groups including AICPA, FICPA and Financial Executive International. He also serves on the subcommittee of several private companies.
Rick Ingram joined the company in July 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer of The Ronco Group. Rick has over seventeen years as CFO in the construction industry for both private and publically held companies. He is a CPA and graduated with an accounting degree from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. Upon graduating from college, Rick spent his first seven years in public accounting. He started out with the Big Four CPA firm Deloitte & Touche and then joined the fifth largest CPA firm in the country, RSM McGladrey where he was promoted to Manager.
Molly Soltis joined The Ronco Group family of companies in the fall of 2005 as the Marketing Coordinator for Ronco Machine & Rigging. Molly was promoted two years later to Marketing Manager. She continued to develop with the company and transferred to The Ronco Group in May 2008 to manage the marketing efforts of all 5 companies under The Ronco Group umbrella. Molly graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in December 2004 with an Advertising Degree. She had no problem leaving the snowy weather to move to St. Augustine. She currently resides here and enjoys the beach life when she’s not working.
Kristi Bolton joined The Ronco Group as Promotional Marketing Specialist in May 2008. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the School of Media Arts and Design from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She has spent most of her career as a producer in the television industry, including producing and directing for the Travel Channel’s series “Great Hotels.” Currently, she’s working on the design and maintenance of The Ronco Group’s Family of Companies websites and other marketing materials.
Loretta Megaffin serves as Executive Assistant, to Ron Avery, Chairman of The Ronco Group. Loretta supports Mr. Avery in his business and professional duties, as well as in his civic and community affairs.
Loretta has previous business experience in sales, marketing and product development in the apparel industry with Converse and Reebok International. She has begun to utilize this expertise in her newly created position and has made major contributions to the effective function of the Chairman’s office. Loretta joined The Ronco Group, in January 2007, and is a resident of St. Augustine FL.
